Headmaster Shaw has requested volunteers to help complete preparation of the football field on Tuesday, August 23rd at 6pm. DEA is expecting a large crowd on Thursday and the school needs help getting it in shape for the season opener. Thanks in advance for anyone who is willing to donate their time.

Tomorrow, Friday August 29th, is picture day for fall sports beginning at 8:30am. Dr Joel Bray will also be on campus to administer physical exams for our student athletes. This service is being provided free of charge by Dr Bray. The deadline for sports physicals is August 1st if you choose to have this done by another medical professional.

As DEA holds it's annual Clean-Up day on Saturday June 23rd, Charlie Hadden needs volunteers to help with pressure washing and painting the football bleachers. If you are interested in helping, please contact him at (478)494-4824.

DEA Booster Club will hold ANNUAL ELECTIONS at it's next Booster Meeting on Sunday, May 1 from 2pm - 3:30pm in the DEA cafeteria. All member chairs are open. For more information, contact Alton Reynolds at (478)494-0224.

DEA will have a gym "clean-up" session this Saturday, January 29th at 9am. All basketball teams, parents, and friends are invited to help.

DEA will have a gold dealer at the school on Thursday, November 18th from 7:30am - 8:30am and from 2:30pm - 3:30pm to buy your unwanted gold, sterling silver, & platinum. No obligation to sell. The Athletic Booster Club will be holding its annual Kick-Off Dinner on Friday, August 6th at 7pm in the school cafeteria. Come out and show your support as our 2010-2011 athletic season begins.

David Emanuel Academy will hold a Clean Up & Cookout on Saturday, July 24th. Volunteers are needed! This will be a school wide clean-up including the athletic fields, school grounds, school buildings, and playgrounds. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be served.

Wristbands in remembrance of Chad Ellison are still available in the school office for $5. If you would like to order a "Flash" t-shirt, you may pick up and order form in the office also.
