The David Emanuel Academy Athletic Booster Club is devoted to creating an environment that produces the best student athletes and fans. Our goals include raising money, promoting participation, boosting spirit, encouraging healthy living, and supporting high standards of behavior.
The David Emanuel Academy Athletic Booster Club works hard all year long coordinating fundraisers, working on improvement projects, and uplifting the spirit of our young athletes. The biggest fundraiser so far for the 2009-2010 school year has been our First Annual Alumni Football Game and 40th Anniversary Dance. Other successful fundraisers include Shotgun Raffle, t-shirt & spirit gear sales, and game concessions.

We currently have the following projects in progress: renovation of the wrestling and cheerleading practice room, renovation of the gym locker rooms, replacing the gym exit doors, and the repainting of gym walls. Upcoming projects designated for the baseball/softball complex include repainting the dugouts, replacing pressbox/concession tower windows, providing new metal trim on top of pressbox tower, refurbishing the wood bleachers, and adding recognition of winning the 2009 Region Championship to the scoreboard which was refaced last baseball season.

Volunteers & donations are always welcome and are greatly appreciated. Please call Alton Reynolds at (478)494-0224 or David Parham at (478)494-6085 to volunteer your time or make a donation.

The Athletic Booster Club does not depend solely on donations, however, through the help of you, our family, and our friends we can work together to better the athletic experiences for our children. Please contact any of the Booster Club officers if you or someone you know would be willing to donate any of the following items:
  • A 32" to 42" flat screen TV, wall mount, and DVD player to be used to play game film in boys' locker room.
  • Construction of a cement walkway between the weight room, boys' locker room, and gym door.
  • A chainlink fence beside the walkway between the weight room and boys' locker room to aid in crowd control during baseball and softball games.
  • Repair of existing chainlink fence at the driveway gate of the football field.
